Green Bay Packers star Elgton Jenkins found himself in the middle of an unexpected scene last week, and it didn’t happen on the field.

The two-time Pro Bowl offensive lineman ended up in a heated exchange at an Atlanta strip club that eventually led to a visit from local police.

According to a video obtained by TMZ Sports, Jenkins and a group of friends rolled into King of Diamonds around 11:30 p.m. on May 1. The plan was a night out, but things quickly turned sideways. After paying to get in, Jenkins and his crew weren’t impressed with the club’s atmosphere and asked for their money back. That request didn’t go smoothly.

Police Called As Jenkins’ Dispute Escalates

The refund demand sparked a back-and-forth with club staff. Words flew. Tensions rose. Staff didn’t immediately return the money, and that’s when things got serious. Someone called the police. Officers from the Forest Park Police Department responded to the scene shortly after.

Body camera footage from the officers shows Jenkins and his group engaged in a tense discussion with club workers. Several officers stood between the two groups, working to de-escalate the situation. There were no threats or violence, but the tone made it clear that frustrations were running high.

In the end, officers helped both parties reach a resolution. The club refunded Jenkins, and the police left without issuing citations or making arrests. Cooler heads won out, and thankfully, the night didn’t end in handcuffs.

Elgton Jenkins has not commented publicly on the incident, and the Packers have not released any statements about it.

The 28-year-old lineman, who signed a $68 million contract extension with Green Bay in 2022, has built a strong reputation for his versatility and toughness. Since entering the league as a second-round pick in 2019, he’s started 75 games and remains a star of the Packers’ offensive line.
