John Schneider continues to turn in bangers.
Three of the four most recent draft classes look like real difference-making hauls for the Seattle Seahawks. Unfortunately, last year’s class is seemingly headed in the wrong direction. But ‘22 and ‘23 were quite successful, and now on the threshold of the 2025 season, the offensive rookies have made an impression around the league.
Michael Florio, writing for NFL.com, listed not one, not two, but three Seahawks that folks may want to consider late in their fantasy drafts this year.
Those three were Elijah Arroyo, Tory Horton, and intriguingly enough Jalen Milroe. Milroe, whom we saw already on one Tush Push, and has also practiced at a non-QB position at least once, is certainly a fascination this year.
But those are just the guys with the ball. They’re not even the first pick.
Grey Zabel has been one of PFF’s top-rated rookies for both Week 1 and Week 2 of the preseason.
These four guys in particular, combined with my faith in Mike Macdonald to train and employ Nick Emmanwori, are among a few reasons why I believe that Seattle has a far better outlook than the NFC West 4th place that was so common a couple short months ago.
Others are starting to take notice as well.
I’m not saying I’m Colin Cowherd high on these guys, but the national vibes are certainly trending way, way up for the Seahawks.
