Philadelphia Eagles fans were in fine form this Sunday as they were caught on camera heckling Washington Commanders kicker Zane Gonzalez while he was warming up on the sideline.
Gonzalez took center stage with a winning field goal against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Wild Card Round two weeks ago. His heroics put him under some scrutiny as he was seen fidgeting and playing with his hair before putting the ball through the sticks.
His struggles with OCD came to light after the win, given that he has been very open about it.
Still, it didn’t matter to a pair of Philly fans as they swore at him, telling him he was done and making fun of him playing with his hair.

While some fans pointed out that this was pretty tame by Philly standards, others observed that the kicker was wearing earphones and probably didn’t hear any of the abuse.

The Eagles were ahead 14-6 early in the second quarter at the time of writing, with Saquon Barley scoring both of the home team’s touchdowns and Zane Gonzalez kicking in two field goals.
