Ahead of the Chicago Bears-San Francisco 49ers ‘Sunday Night Football’ clash, multiple players are reportedly dealing with an undisclosed illness.

Earlier this week, the Chicago Bears listed cornerbacks Nahshon Wright (illness/hamstring) and Josh Blackwell (illness) and Nick McCloud (illness) on the injury report. Their statuses were initially unclear for the game.

And then on Sunday afternoon, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport added that wideouts DJ Moore and Olamide Zaccheaus were on the injury report as well with an illness.

Before the game, the Chicago Bears announced on X/Twitter that McCloud and Zaccheaus would miss the game. The other inactive players are backup quarterback Case Keenum, wide receiver Rome Odunze, cornerback Dallis Flowers, linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II and offensive lineman Luke Newman.

The Bears have already clinched the NFC North. That was because the Green Bay Packers fell to the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday. Green Bay was without Jordan Love, who was sidelined with a concussion he suffered against their archrivals last week.

Chicago still has lots to play for, though. They can still win the NFC’s No. 1 seed and only first-round bye. Of course, those dreams will end if they lose to the San Francisco 49ers tonight.
