Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett might not be so high on head coach Kevin Stefanski.
The All-Pro defensive end has one more opportunity to lay claim to the single-season sack record after missing out in Week 17, following his shot at Mason Rudolph.
But reporters had other things to ask about, with yet another failed season set for the books.
Quizzed on the team possibly firing the head coach, Garrett said he’s just a player and that his focus is on the upcoming game.
He also suggested that, during his time with Stefanski, more has gone wrong than has gone right.

Garrett also said that he’s not interested in a rebuild in Cleveland right now and simply wants to win.
“I am committed to winning,” he said, per The Athletic.“As long as the team and the organization are doing so and they’re committed to that same thing, then I’m all on board. But if we’re thinking other than winning — if it’s tanking or rebuilding — that’s not me.”
The former Texas A&M star is likely set for his second NFL Defensive Player of the Year award. He’s tallied 22 sacks this season and is just .5 shy of the record set by Michael Strahan in 2011 and tied by T.J. Watt a decade later.
Myles Garret has previously expressed disenchantment with Cleveland and hinted that he was done as recently as last October.
He made no secret of his desire to leave, as the 2024 season was nearing its end. Then he made a request to be traded during Super Bowl Week.
The Browns announced that he signed a new deal worth more than $122 million in guaranteed money less than a month later.
Garrett disclosed having been given assurances from the Browns regarding their quarterback situation. The team is also said to have promised to build a contending team.
Of course, they didn’t come close in 2025. But that sack record is still within reach.
