Cincy Jungle
The Cincinnati Bengals (3-7) are nowhere near the playoff picture right now, and CBS apparently doesn’t see any reason to broadcast that to the nation.
That’s despite the fact that Joe Burrow could return in time to play the New England Patriots (9-2).
Here is the Week 12 TV coverage map for CBS’ single game, courtesy of 506 Sports.
As you can see, the Bengals game against the AFC East-leading Patriots will only be shown in the areas surrounding the two teams’ home stadiums.
Bengals fans in other parts of the nation might not be all that upset, though, as Cincinnati’s defense has made it painful to watch the team.
Meanwhile, here is a map of Fox’s early game. Most will see the Minnesota Vikings at the Green Bay Packers.
And here is the map of Fox’s late game, which will be the Philadelphia Eagles at the Dallas Cowboys for most.
The nationally-televised games will be as follows:
Buffalo Bills at Houston Texans on Amazon’s Thursday Night Football.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Los Angeles Rams on Sunday Night Football on NBC.
Carolina Panthers at San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football on ESPN.
