Here’s a game that Broncos fans won’t need to worry about in terms of rooting interest. While I do think the Jacksonville Jaguars are likely frauds at 3-1, I will hope I am wrong for at least another week and for them to drop the Kansas City Chiefs to 2-3 and a game back from Denver in the AFC West. Will that happen? Probably not.
Kickoff is set for Monday, October 6, 2025 at 6:15 p.m. Mile High time at Everbank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida and will air on ESPN/ABC.
According to FanDuel, the Chiefs are 3.5-point favorites on the road to the Jaguars. I think that is pretty fair and I do think the Patrick Mahomes will find a way to out duel Trevor Lawrence to win this game. Obviously, I’ll root against that out come, but at the end of the day I really only need Travis Kelce to put up about 7 fantasy points for me. Once he gets there, I’ll be fine. That’s the important thing. The next important thing is for the Jaguars to find a way to win.
Prediction: Chiefs 26, Jaguars 24.
