Monday Night Football: Commanders vs Chiefs 2nd Quarter
Hogs Haven Hogs Haven

The Washington Commanders are playing on Monday Night Football for the second time in two weeks. They lost at home to the Chicago Bears in Week 6, and are now traveling to Missouri to face the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 8. The Commanders are on a two-game losing streak and fell to 3-4 after getting blown out by the Cowboys last week. They are heavy underdogs heading into this game, and will be without QB Jayden Daniels, who suffered a hamstring injury last week. Marcus Mariota will get his third start of the season, and will benefit from getting WRs Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel back on the field.

The Kansas City Chiefs are 4-3 and coming off a 31-0 blowout of the division rivals, the Las Vegas Raiders. They had a slow start to the season, but are now above .500 and regained the title of Super Bowl favorites. They will likely be missing both of their starting offensive tackles with Josh Simmons ruled out, and Trey doubtful. Washington placed their best pass rusher, Dorance Armstrong, on injured reserve this week after he injured his knee vs the Cowboys.
