Tonight we have a Monday Night Football doubleheader. Kicking off at 7:00 p.m. EDT we have the Detroit Lions hosting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in what could be an NFC Championship Game preview. In the nightcap, kicking off at 10:00 p.m. EDT, the Seattle Seahawks host the Houston Texans.
The Detroit Lions have a 4-2 record coming into tonight’s game. They are coming off a blowout loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last week. The Lions will face a 5-1 Tampa Bay Buccaneers team. The Buccaneers are coming off a 30 – 19 shellacking of the San Francisco 49ers last week.
The Seattle Seahawks carry a 4-2 record into tonight’s game. They are coming off a victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars last week. The Seahawks will face the 2-3 Houston Texans. The Texans boast the NFL’s top scoring defense. They are coming off their bye week last week. Prior to the bye the Texans had won their previous two games by a combined score of 70 – 10.
