We’re getting closer to the 2025 NFL Draft in. . .sigh. . .Green Bay, and though the Minnesota Vikings are only coming into this draft armed with four selections, this could still be a pretty exciting selection meeting for our favorite franchise.
As it stands right now, here are the Vikings’ selections:
- Round 1, #24 overall - Donovan Jackson, iOL, The. . .dramatic pause. . .Ohio State University
- Round 3, #97 overall (Compensatory selection) Traded to Houston Texans (story here)
- Round 3, #102 overall (acquired from Jacksonville Jaguars via Houston Texans) - Tai Felton, WR, Maryland
- Round 5, #139 overall (acquired from Cleveland Browns in Za’Darius Smith trade) - Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins, DL, Georgia
- Round 5, #142 overall (acquired from Jacksonville Jaguars via Houston Texans) Traded to Seattle Seahawks (story here)
- Round 5, #172 overall (Compensatory pick acquired from Seattle Seahawks) Traded to Los Angeles Rams (story here)
- Round 6, #187 overall (acquired from San Francisco 49ers in Jordan Mason trade) Traded to Houston Texans
- Round 6, #201 overall (acquired from Los Angeles Rams)
- Round 6, #202 overall (acquired from Houston Texans via Pittsburgh Steelers, Chicago Bears, and Los Angeles Rams)
Note: The Vikings also acquired QB Sam Howell from the Seahawks in the trade that gave them pick #172 overall.
