The Las Vegas Raiders have been a struggling franchise most of their time in Las Vegas. There has been one player who has been consistent throughout the Vegas era, and that is defensive Maxx Crosby.

Crosby is regarded as a top-five defensive end in the league. He has 50.6 sacks since 2020 and is the most dangerous player on the Raiders’ defense. He has fit the Raiders mystique with his high motor and attitude, never missing a snap.

With his stellar performance on the gridiron, Crosby‘s work off the field is being recognized as well. He is this year’s nominee for the Walter Payton Man of the Year, which honors players who do great work throughout their local communities.

This is Crosby’s fourth year in a row receiving the nomination for his outstanding community outreach. Through his Maxx Crosby Foundation, he continues to show support through youth programs focused on fighting addiction. With the Raiders struggling to win in 2025, Crosby shows he is a winner no matter the record.
