In the wake of Terrion Arnold’s arrest, the full role the Detroit Lions cornerback had in the robbery and kidnapping plot has been revealed by police.
Tampa Police (via Ari Meirov) gave a detailed report on Arnold’s involvement in the robbery and kidnapping plot. It began after Arnold and others had their property stolen from an Airbnb rental. The Lions corner believed that some of the eventual victims were responsible for the robbery, which police later dispelled.
Arnold and Boakai Hilton “helped coordinate the alleged setup” on Feb. 3, 2026. They had directed Arianna Del Valle and Jasmine Randazzo to lure some of the victims to an apartment. Then, Christion Williams and Lyndell Hudson, who were hiding in a closet, jumped the victims, allegedly holding them at gunpoint and attacking them.
Meanwhile, Arnold, Hilton, and Freddie Hughes were on their way to the apartment. The setup was streamed to them as they traveled to the spot, and Arnold and Hilton allegedly gave further directions through a group chat with the defendants.
Once the Lions player arrived, he directed the others to go inside while the robbery was still going on. Property was stolen, and the victims were eventually brought outside around 1:40 am by the armed suspects. Arnold drove the vehicle that the victims were escorted in.
After the victims reported the incident to Tampa Police and identified the suspects, several arrests were made. Arnold was identified as the “primary conspirator” in the plot before he turned himself in. He’s currently facing a maximum sentence of life in prison due to the charges.
He will be held in prison until his trial starts. His camp has issued a statement, denying any involvement in the setup and claiming that the allegations lacked credible evidence.
“Terrion Arnold categorically denies any involvement in the matters underlying the allegations made against him and maintains his innocence,” the statement began.
