What a way to start this big four-game stretch for the Detroit Lions, eh? With little room for error in the final four weeks of the regular season, which has flown by, Detroit travels out west to take on the Los Angeles Rams. This game has big implications for how the playoffs can shake out, as the Rams can clinch a playoff spot with a win, and the Lions’ chances of making the postseason skyrocket if they can pull off the upset. After the Lions dashed the Rams’ Super Bowl dreams back in 2023 and gave them a loss to start 2024, this Rams team might want to give that pain to Detroit on Sunday.
“Good coaching, productive team. This’ll be a big challenge, on the road at their place, but once again looking forward to this,” said Lions head coach Dan Campbell. “This is why you’re in it.”
