The Las Vegas Raiders didn’t have an All-Pro selected for the 2025 season, the first time in nearly half a decade the team didn’t have a player selected with the award. In 2025, TE Brock Bowers was named as a first team All-Pro by the AP, NFLPA, PFF, & PFW while AJ Cole was named the PFF & NFLPA 2nd team All-Pro. Extending back to 2023, Maxx Crosby & Cole were named All-Pro’s, and 2022 saw the Raiders peak with Josh Jacobs, Davante Adams, Maxx Crosby, Daniel Carlson, and AJ Cole all earn All-Pro honors.
The Raiders have a variety of players that can push for a possible All-Pro selection this season, though All-Pro honors are also widely tied to team success as well, and if Las Vegas can’t cross at least 6-8 wins it may be harder for them.
TE Brock Bowers – Finished 10th in AP All-Pro Voting in 2025
Bowers was named an All-Pro in his rookie season after hauling in 112 receptions, 1194 yards, and 5 touchdowns. He suffered a knee injury early into the 2025 season which limited him to 12 games, but was truly healthy for only 9-10 of those and still posted 64 receptions, 680 yards, and seven touchdowns. Bowers is not without competition as Cardinals’ Trey McBride, Chiefs’ Travis Kelce, Falcons’ Kyle Pitts, and 49ers George Kittle all earned All-Pro honors last year. McBride is coming off back to back 1200+ yard seasons, Kelce remains one of the better tight ends in the NFL with top name recognition.
Pitts will see a large volume of work this season operating as a big slot and thus large production, & Kittle is among the best blocking TE in the NFL and widely considered a top 3 player in the NFL at the position. Bowers will see a large volume of production moving around the Raiders offense, and thus his production should be high enough to get the All-Pro honors, especially after being ranked as the third best TE in the NFL by personnel staffs, via ESPN. Among those mentioned, Colts’ Tyler Warren, Lions’ Sam LaPorta, and Packers’ Tucker Kraft could see big seasons and also push Bowers for the honor.
EDGE Maxx Crosby – Finished 8th in AP All-Pro Voting in 2025
Crosby has traditionally been viewed by All-Pro voters as a DE, instead of an OLB, which does make his competition a bit tougher. The 2025 season saw Will Anderson, Myles Garrett, Micah Parsons, and Aidan Hutchinson all earn first team EDGE rushers honor, along with Brian Burns, Tuli Tuipultou, and Byron Young. Parsons is expected to miss most of the season, and he should likely be out of the running but pending injuries you can pencil in Anderson, Garrett, and Hutchinson as shoe ins with Tuipulotu and Young having a good chance as well to push for the spot given their situations.
