Silver And Black Pride
The Las Vegas Raiders are hosting the Denver Broncos on Sunday. Here is everything to need to know about the game and Silver and Black is here at Allegiant Stadium for it all:
First quarter
The Raiders won the coin toss and deferred to the second half.
The Broncos got the ball first. The Broncos offense, which was not good a month a go when they hosted the Raiders, cruised down the field and quarterback Bo Nix ran in for a touchdown on third and goal from the 8. The drive went 81 yards on 14 plays in on a drive the elapsed 8 minutes, 54 minutes. The Raiders’ season long tackling issues persisted on the drive.
The Raiders answered right back with an excellent drive of their own culminating in a 15-yard touchdown pass from Geno Smith to tight end Brock Bowers to make a 7-7 game at the end of the quarter. Smith was very strong on the drive and Ashton Jeanty ran well. Smith completed all six pass attempts for 53 yards on the drive.
So, far this is a much different game from the 10-7 Denver win in Week 10.
Second quarter:
Raiders’ cornerback Kyu Blu Kelly was injured in the second quarter. He was taken off on a cart. He was ruled out quickly with a knee injury.
A promising Denver drive stalled at the Raiders’ 48-yard line and they had to punt.
