There are some fast developments in the Las Vegas Raiders coaching search.

Former New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll had a second interview with the Raiders on Tuesday, yet hours alter, he signed to be the Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator. Clearly, he was told my the Raiders he wasn’t getting the job.

Also, another top candidate is off the board as the Buffalo Bills promoted their offensive coordinator, Joe Brady, to head coach on Tuesday. He had a second interview with the Raiders on Monday. it’s widely believed the top candidates are Denver Broncos passing-game coordinator Davis Webb and Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak.

Tuesday afternoon, the Broncos fired offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi. It may be part of a plan to try to keep Webb, 31, in Denver.

Also, there has been some media speculation that Kubiak is not yet agreeing to a second interview with the Raiders and other reports have stated Kubiak may opt to stay in Seattle for the 2026 season.

The Raiders also have been linked in recent days to Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Mike LeFleur, who has interviewed with the team.

With Buffalo hiring Brady, there are just three of the 10 openings that are still open. They are the Raiders, Cleveland Browns and Arizona Cardinals’ jobs.
