The Pittsburgh Steelers may just have to face Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson this week after all.
It remains unclear whether the Pittsburgh Steelers will have to face two-time NFL MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson or his backup Tyler Huntley when they host the Baltimore Ravens in Week 18. However, Jackson is doing his best to make sure it is him who is out on the field come Sunday.
According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Jackson is expected to practice on Wednesday as he continues to work his way back from a back injury.

Jackson hasn’t played his best ball this season, throwing for just 2,311 yards, 18 touchdowns and six interceptions in 12 games. He’s also added 340 yards and two more scores on the ground.
However, it would still be a major blow to Baltimore’s chances for its must-win game in Pittsburgh. Of course, the Steelers are hoping it’s Huntley who is ultimately under center for the Ravens, but that doesn’t mean it will be easy.
Huntley has filled in nicely in Jackson’s absence, throwing for 426 yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions. Baltimore will also likely continue relying on running back Derrick Henry, who is coming off a career-high 36 carries for 216 yards and four touchdowns against the Green Bay Packers.
Only time will tell who will suit up in Pittsburgh, but Jackson is surely hoping to help make the Steelers’ nightmare’s become a reality.
Pittsburgh had the chance to lock up the division and a spot in the playoffs with a win against the 3-12 Cleveland Browns in Week 17 and failed to do so.
Now the team must find a way to fend off the Ravens one last time or it will be yet another season marked as a failure.
