Following an injury-plagued first half, the status of Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson’s undoubtedly was the biggest question mark at the intermission.
Jackson suffered a back injury with two minutes left in the first half and was quickly deemed questionable to return. He went to the ground awkwardly in front of Patriots safety Craig Woodson, who was approaching before making a hit.
ESPN’s Melissa Stark reported Jackson was slow to go the stairs when walking into the Baltimore locker room.
When speaking to ESPN at the half, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said Jackson was being evaluated but did not provide any added detail.
The two-time NFL MVP was replaced by backup quarterback Tyler Huntley, who played the final two minutes of the half.
