L.A. Rams News: Does this mock selection tickle your fancy?

Big time college football is a little beyond me, and the NFL (to me) is simpler, so I have no real point of reference when I read a mock draft saying that the Los Angeles Rams should add quarterback Dante Moore from Oregon. What are your thoughts? Enlighten me?
