The 49ers will hold their first training camp practice on Sunday, but head coach Kyle Shanahan will not be running things. The team announced Shanahan is recovering from “non-life-threatening injuries” he suffered in a car crash last week. Assistant head coach Chris Foerster and team coordinators will handle HC responsibilities until Shanahan is ready to return to his full-time post.
