Josh Palmer injury: Buffalo Bills wide receiver injured vs Falcons

On the opening play of the game, Buffalo Bills receiver Josh Palmer caught a Josh Allen bomb for 45 yards. His second catch was for 15 yards, but as soon as he was pulled down by the defender, his leg bent awkwardly. He was down on the field and went to the blue medical tent. He was tended to by trainers and his return is unknown at this point.

Palmer is currently jogging on the sideline with trainers.

The Bills are already down Curtis Samuel, who is inactive in this game, and tight end Dalton Kincaid is sidelined with an injury, as well.

Samuel joined the Bills during the 2025 offseason but has had sort of a slow start to his 2025 season. He’s lagged behind in the race for catches and targets in the “every body eats” mantra the Bills employ. Still, it appeared he was going to be an important piece against Atlanta.

We will update.
