Now that he is a married man, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is selling his sweet California bachelor pad. Let’s see what you get for the $8.5 million asking price.

First of all, the 2,808-square-foot classic mid-century California architecture home in Dana Point, California is located in an exclusive 24-hour guard-gated enclave by Monarch Bay. Also, according to the listing for the house on Realtor.com, it comes with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a new presidential roof, and an airy open floor plan.

Other features of the home include a sunlit family room with vaulted cathedral ceilings and a “statement” fireplace, a formal dining area with an “elegant” chandelier, and a kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and “chic” quartz countertops.

Sounds like quite the place. On top of all of that, the master suite bedroom “serves as a private retreat with a sitting area and direct access to the outdoors, offering a true indoor-outdoor experience.” The three other bedrooms all also open to outdoor spaces including a resort-style backyard with pool and spa.

Bonus: all residents in the gated community get exclusive membership to the private Monarch Bay Beach Club, and access to world-class golf, hiking, and Dana Point Harbor.

Josh Allen, 29, who was born in Firebaugh, California, has only owned the property since 2023, when he bought it for $7.2 million. Now that he is married to actress Hailee Steinfeld, 28, who also owns a home in the Golden State which she purchased for $8 million in 2021, there is no need for him to keep it.

Steinfeld’s home, which she bought from musician John Fogerty, is much larger at 9,000-square-feet. It has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a private pool, which, according to Realtor.com, “can be accessed via a motorized window wall that opens up from the main living area into the backyard.”

Prior to Allen purchasing the Dana Point home, the Immel Team with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty put together a video showcasing all of the amenities of the estate.
