Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen dealt with multiple injuries during the 2025 regular season and playoffs. In his year-end press conference, general manager Brandon Beane said Allen will be good to go for OTAs but could have something done to help fix his injured foot.

The foot injury was the long-term injury Allen dealt with for the back half of the season. He played through it and didn’t look like it impacted his running ability, but it will need to be helped along in the healing process.

Allen hasn’t missed a start since his rookie season despite getting nicked up repeatedly. He had a finger injury and a neck/head injury in the Wild Card round, but stayed in the game. The lone injury to knock him from a game in 2025 was a busted nose when his helmet was knocked down on a QB sneak.
