The Buffalo Bills scored to go up 3-0 on the Jacksonville Jaguars, but quarterback Josh Allen went to the medical tent after Travon Walker and Josh Hines-Allen landed on his head. The action yanked off Allen’s helmet.

CBS says the independent neurologist checked Allen for a concussion after the hit, but he was cleared and is back on the sideline.
