With the Packers’ 2025 season now in the books, it’s time to take a look around and see where Packers players ended up on the team’s all-time statistical leaderboards. A minor spoiler: most of the Packers’ offensive climbing had something to do with Tobin Rote. You’ll see what I mean below.

Passing

There was an insane statistical occurrence on the Packers this year: Jordan Love finished the 2025 season exactly tied with Rote for fifth all time in passing yardage. Both have 11,535 yards, the fifth-best total in team history. Love, obviously, should have easily passed Rote, but he missed most of the last month of a season as he recovered from a concussion sustained in the second regular season Bears game.

Love’s 83 career passing touchdowns, meanwhile, put him sixth all time in team history, just behind Rote’s 89. He passed Arnie Herber and Cecil Isbell on his way up the leaderboard this year and figures to easily pass Rote next year, though it’ll probably take a couple of seasons before he’s able to chase down Lynn Dickey in fourth place with 133 touchdown tosses.

Rushing

On the rushing leaderboards, Josh Jacobs also found himself hanging out with Tobin Rote. His 929 rushing yards this year vaulted him from a tie for 38th on the Packers’ career rushing total board (with Brandon Jackson) to 18th. His Packers’ career total of 2,258 is just ahead of Rote and a little less than 200 yards behind A.J. Dillon for 17th.

Meanwhile, Jacobs’ 13 rushing touchdowns this year put him in a tie with Dorsey Levens and Elijah Pitts for 11th all-time. Jacobs passed other ground game greats like Edgar Bennett (19), Eddie Lacy (23), and Ryan Grant (27) on the leaderboard this year, but will need another season to pass Tobin Rote (29) and get into the top 10 all time. I guess as far as the Packers’ 2025 statistical accomplishments go, everything is some kind of referendum on Tobin Rote, who last played for the Packers in 1956.

Receiving

The Packers’ egalitarian passing game meant nobody really made a big leap up the leaderboard this year. Romeo Doubs, whose run in Green Bay is probably done, finished the year with 2,424 career receiving yards, just 20 behind Javon Walker for 23rd all time. That’s a pretty great accomplishment for a day three draft pick, especially one whose first year was as much of a struggle as Doubs’. He should be commended.

Christian Watson, meanwhile, ended his year 2,264 career receiving yards, good for 30th on the career leaderboard. Both he and Doubs passed recent notable receivers Allen Lazard and Marquez Valdes-Scantling this season. If Watson can put up another 800 yards next year at minimum, he’ll easily vault into the top 18 all-time in receiving yards.

Defense

On the defensive side of things, the two big climbers this year were Rashan Gary and Xavier McKinney. Gary finished the season on a sackless slide, but his 7.5 sacks were still enough...
