Here’s Jordan Davis with some bulletin board material for Mother Nature. He doesn’t give a fuck about the weather on Monday Night in Green Bay:
This is funny to me at this point because if you’re Jordan Davis in Year 4 in Philadelphia you’ve played in games like this already. Last January you played against the Rams in the snow. According to the Green Bay Press Gazette (how do you not drop the “Press” and just call it the Green Bay Gazette is beyond me) the forecast looks like it’ll be in the upper-30s at gametime and will dip to around 20° by the fourth quarter. I don’t know why weather would be a factor. That seems pretty common for a home playoff game in Philly, which the Eagles have played in plenty over the last four years. There are wind tunnels down Chestnut Street in the winter that are colder than what it’s going to be in Lambeau on Monday. And I mean Lambeau Field is cold, but we’re talking Lambeau in November. That’s a lot different than Lambeau in January. Monday’s weather is mild for Green Bay. Probably will be a ton of Packers fans still shirtless. We’re not even in frozen tundra season yet.
And of course it doesn’t matter what the weather is because rain, sleet, or snow the Eagles train to go:
