Minnesota Vikings WR Jordan Addison has had multiple legal incidents during his career. He just added yet another legal hurdle.

The Vikings’ offseason is barely two weeks old, and he has already caused controversy. Addison was arrested on Monday morning in Florida for alleged misdemeanor trespassing, according to Heavy Sports. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office says Seminole Indian Police arrested Addison at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. It was around 3:45 a.m.

Addison was booked at around 7:30 a.m. and was released on $500 bond at about 2:40 p.m. local time. Along with details of his arrest was his mug shot being sent out.

Vikings WR Jordan Addison Has Way too Many Off-The-Field Incidents

The alleged charges Addison is facing carry a penalty of up to 60 days in jail and/or a fine of $500. This isn’t the first legal incident in Addison’s short NFL career. Jordan Addison was arrested close to the Los Angeles International Airport for suspicion of DUI in 2024. They avoided court, with Addison agreeing to a plea deal of a wet reckless charge. That situation resulted in him being placed on 12 months’ probation.

He was also previously caught going 140 miles per hour on the freeway in the middle of the night. Addison was cited for reckless driving. His newest issue is the third off-the-field incident that clouds Addison’s future with the Vikings.

It comes at a time when he is eligible for an extension. The 23-year-old Addison caught 42 passes for 610 yards and three scores this past season. All three stats were career lows for Addison. That is not a good look for a guy who is hoping to secure a huge extension.
