Jon Harbaugh is at the top of the list for every NFL team that currently has a head coaching vacancy, well, besides the Baltimore Ravens, who fired him. It has been reported that he isn’t going to do any interviews until next week. The Tennessee Titans should certainly be interested in Harbaugh, but there was some chatter that he wasn’t interested in the Titans. Apparently, that is not completely true.
Dianna Russini reported this morning that Harbaugh is spending “today and the next few days” watching film on Jaxson Dart and Cam Ward:
That’s a good development. Ward’s box score numbers won’t jump off the page at a potential head coach, but his film will tell a better, more complete story of his rookie season. There was a lot to like that he was able to accomplish this year, while surrounded by the worst supporting cast in the league. A coach as smart as Harbaugh will be able to see that.
Hopefully, it will be enough to at least get Harbaugh to Nashville for an interview.
