Since taking over as the new head coach of the New York Giants, John Harbaugh has been crafting a new culture around one of the NFL’s oldest franchises.
A Super Bowl Champion with a reputation for being a player’s coach, Harbaugh has made it his mission to get his new team on the same page, even if he has to answer a few questions along the way.
But which player, one may wonder, asks the most questions? Well, that might just be star edge rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux, who crashed his new head coach’s press conference on Tuesday to ask him about his defensive front.
“Well, how do I feel about the defensive front? Well, the Thibodeaux guy, he’s got me a little concerned back there. I don’t, he looks shorter to me,” Harbaugh declared.
“Oh, there he is right there. You know, just so you know, this is par for the course for this guy right here. He is the number one question asker in all the meetings. Did you guys know that? Top question asker. He’s gonna be in your crowd here someday, maybe.”

“Uh, what have I been asking questions about me, man? I just don’t believe nothing. I believe everything people say, and I don’t believe nobody say, you know, whether it’s my head coach, whether it’s my mom, whether it’s a teacher, I want to know, and I’m gonna believe you, but I’m also just curious. And if you can explain it to me, that means you really know your s**t.” Thibodeaux said.
“So coach, I just loved him so much because every question I had, he’s been able to explain it. And there’s a system, and there’s a process, and there’s a method. And that’s the difference between people who are about the game and are about their expertise, because we’re all here for expertise.
“So if I’m asking you a question about your expertise, it should be easy. If you ask me about pass rush, I’ll tell you, because that’s what I do for a living. So for me, I appreciate that coaches, you know, accepted me and accepted who I am and been able to, uh, let me lead, you know, in my way and just continue to be, you know, a leader for the team.”
After almost being traded during the 2026 NFL Draft, it looks like Thibodeaux will have at least one more year in the Giants’ system, assuming...
