The Boston Celtics will welcome some familiar faces to the TD Garden as they take on the Utah Jazz. New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye and left tackle Will Campbell plan to attend the game on Monday night.

Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla emphasized the strong bond that Boston’s professional sports teams share.

“I think it’s more just a respect,” Mazzulla said on Monday, via WEEI’s Justin Turpin. “We all carry an expectation and a responsibility in this city to be successful and to move it along. And having perspective, having leadership conversations, experiences, all those things go into that. It’s something that’s important and I’m glad they’ll be here.”

Maye and Campbell are riding high after New England’s victory over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, marking the Patriots’ sixth straight win.

Several Celtics players caught some of the Patriots’ games this season. During Week 4, the Patriots invited Jaylen Brown to serve as the “Keeper of the Light,” a role that involves ringing the bell before kickoff. Brown also brought along a few of his Celtics teammates to join him.

Boston stands out as one of the premier sports cities in the United States, mainly due to its passionate fan base. The players from the four major sports teams strengthen this reputation by actively supporting one another in their pursuit of success.
