Mike Tomlin was not happy about the Cincinnati Bengals acquiring Joe Flacco from the Cleveland Browns last week. And he didn’t hide his feelings.

Yesterday, Flacco was asked about Tomlin’s comments and the fact that Tomlin was “maybe a little bit more upset than he’s previously shown in pressers”.

Flacco responded that he didn’t see how upset Tomlin was, but “I think he’s probably just playing the game a little bit and doing whatever he has to do.”

The veteran QB shared that he has tremendous respect for Tomlin and the Steelers, who have always been “physical.”

He also played the game a little, recounting a couple of game-winning plays he had against the Steelers, including a game-winner to T.J. Houshmandzadeh with 32 seconds left in the game back in 2010.

We talked about Tomlin’s comments in our preview of the upcoming Thursday night matchup between the Steelers and Bengals.
