This week, the rumored girlfriend of Joe Burrow wanted to speak directly to her fan base. Ponton opened up about going through a “hard time” recently. In an Instagram Q&A on Tuesday, Ponton was asked about her “most difficult time of 2025.” She also thanked her best friend for supporting her.
“October was a pretty hard month for me, but thankfully, I got this girl next to me,” Ponton wrote. She attached a video of her friend. The Victoria’s Secret model did not elaborate further on what made it hard.

Olivia Ponton called 911 when Burrow’s Ohio home was broken into as he faced the Dallas Cowboys. She reportedly pulled up and saw a “shattered bedroom window, and the room ransacked.” Ponton being at his home came at a time when fans had no clue that Burrow was single.
Before Olivia Ponton, it was Olivia Holzmacher. She had Burrow’s heart well before he made it to the NFL. Both initially met during their college days at Ohio State University, which was back in 2015. Neither party has spoken out about the end of their relationship.
It still remains unknown if Burrow and Ponton are dating. Neither has come out and confirmed or denied the rumors. We’ll just have to wait and see if they go social media official.
