The Bengals QB will settle for no less than a Super Bowl victory.
Joe Burrow has accomplished a lot since being drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals.
In just his second year, he got the franchise its first ever road playoff victory and took it to a Super Bowl.
And then, in the 2024-25 season, Burrow led the NFL in multiple passing categories.
But the Bengals QB recently told Kay Adams that he still isn’t satisfied.
The host of “Up and Adams” asked Burrow about the last time he was satisfied. He replied: “Probably the national championship in 2020. That felt like a culmination of a lot of different things that came together and worked out well for me.”
Adams then asked, “Is it fair to say that the next time I see you with a cigar in public, smoking one, that will be a time that you’re satisfied?”
Burrow responded with: “Well if we win the division, I’ll smoke one. I wouldn’t say I’d be satisfied after that, but a Super Bowl [win] will definitely satisfy me.”
Burrow’s expectation is clearly to win it all. Still, his valiant effort in the 2024-25 season deserves a lot of recognition. Watch some of his best plays in the video below.
