Let’s check in with the results of this week’s SB Nation Reacts survey. Each week we ask Jets fans for their confidence level in the team’s direction.
As one might imagine, an 0-6 start has the confidence rating quite low.
I have been surprised to date that the weekly confidence ratings have been as high as they’ve been. Perhaps it has been due to fans allowing a new coaching staff some grace through a rough start. Whatever the reasons, that stretch is now over. We are back to a confidence rating near the low levels we typically get at this point of a Jets season. We have come a long way since Week 2’s 92 percent confidence rating.
With the Jets season in such a bad place, a top Draft pick is a near certainty. Buzz has already begun about the team perhaps picking a signal caller in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Of course, any drafted quarterback needs a coaching staff capable of developing him. With that in mind, we also asked Jets fans about their confidence in the current Jets coaching staff to develop a quarterback. The results are unsurprisingly low.
So there you have it. It is not a fun time to be a Jets fan. Then again, I guess the only fun times to be a Jets fan come during the offseason.
