Jaylon Johnson has been named to the NFC Pro Bowl roster
The Chicago Bears have had a rough season. With one game to go, they sit at 4-12 mired in the middle of a 10-game losing streak.
One of the few bright spots this season has been the continued strong play of cornerback Jaylon Johnson. Johnson has followed up a stellar 2023 campaign with another strong season in 2024.
Today, Johnson was rewarded for that season by being named to the NFC’s 2024 Pro Bowl roster.
Johnson joins Seattle’s Devon Witherspoon, Minnesota’s Byron Murphy, and Carolina’s Jaycee Horn as the NFC’s CB selections.
Johnson was the lone Chicago Bear selected to the Pro Bowl squad.
Johnson has played in all 16 games for the Bears this year. He’s tallied 48 tackles (seven tackles for loss), seven passes defended, 2 interceptions, and had a passer rating against of 90.3.
Johnson was graded 7th overall among NFC CBs by PFF this season.
