The season may be a disappointment, but the performance of this duo has exceeded expectations.
Ja’Marr Chase leads the NFL in receiving yards, receptions, and receiving touchdowns.
Joe Burrow is first in completions, passing yards, and passing touchdowns.
So it should be no surprise that they are in the top 10 for Pro Bowl votes so far.
Burrow is ninth with 102,386 votes while Chase is seventh with 104,155 votes.
Their chemistry and talent are undeniable, and this is the year it all came together in a way that seemed inevitable since their historic season together at LSU.
The offense has excelled this year, despite big problems on the offensive line.
Now if only the defense can step up these final three games, the Cincinnati Bengals will have a chance of making the playoffs (assuming other games play out in their favor).
