The Jaguars interviewed Steve Spagnuolo on Friday, January 10th, followed by Ben Johnson, Aaron Glenn and Patrick Graham on the 11th. Robert Saleh completed his on the 14th. Kellen Moore and Brian Flores are scheduled to meet with the team on the 17th, and Liam Coen, Joe Brady and Todd Monken have yet to schedule their interviews.

“As far as just what I’m looking for, I think just a great leader,” Trevor Lawrence said in a recent interview with team reporter Kainani Stevens. “Someone that’ll ... set that culture and have that identity. Just being a tough team, I feel like we need to kind of get back to some of that.”
“Obviously I’m biased, I’m an offensive guy, so I would love to have a young offensive coach that can have our system and we can build on it for years to come but, whoever it ends up being, just a great leader that can really rally the team around them. Guys will go out there and put everything on the line for him. I think that’s obviously something you’re looking for, and whether that’s an offensive or defensive guy, just the best leader for our team.”
