Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Liam Coen & defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile spoke with the media following Day 4 of Organized Training Activities at the Miller Electric practice fields. Here are a few takeaways from practice and their combined media availability.
Following the long holiday weekend, the Jacksonville Jaguars continued Organized Team Activities (OTAs) on Tuesday with another hot and humid Jacksonville affair. But the heat wasn't only in the atmosphere, as the action on the field lit up early and often with multiple periods of competitive 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 ready to play early on, Coen’s offense and Campanile's defense equally came to play in this one.
Here are our takeaways from OTA day four and Coen and Campanile's post-practice media availability.

Takeaways from OTA Day 4:
Getting guys back to their natural weights
Liam Coen and Anthony Campanile both spoke about the organizational and personal decisions made this offseason to get players back to their natural playing weights. Per Campanile:
"It’s really more so that we meet as an organization with the strength staff and kind of look at what we think the best way for those guys to go is in terms of their weight. But also, in my opinion, when you’re a pro, you usually know 'when am I at optimal speed? Where am I my strongest, where I’m not losing strength or losing speed?' I think those guys did a great job with that in the offseason when they were away from here and coming back in great shape."
To that point, both LB Devin Lloyd and DE Hines-Allen look noticeably lighter in 2025. However, DE Travon Walker confirmed with the media that he’s only about 3 pounds lighter, personally. However, he confirmed that his his body composition is different currently which some might interpret as more muscle mass, yet an overall lighter weight.
Travis Hunter practices on defense
As rookie WR/CB Travis Hunter continues to primarily work on offense in the early days of the off-season, Coach Coen confirned that Hunter has not only been in defense meetings every day he practices on offense, but he also practiced with the defense last Wednesday, in a closed practice.
"It was good. He’s still learning, he’s been learning a ton defensively and offensively, as we know. But that was more so fundamentals, techniques. It wasn’t a ton of 11-on-11, seven on, it was fundamentals, techniques, communication. That was kind of what last Wednesday was, and he’s been learning with those guys and meeting with them extra as he’s needed to."
In today's practice, Hunter ended the day with about four catches in the team period, after bouncing back from an early 11-on-11 drop on a deep throw from Trevor Lawrence.
What can Brown do for you?
WR Dyami Brown has been heating up. With really strong outtings in both Day 1 and today's practice, Brown has slowly continued to show an early acclimation into this Liam Coen offense. With two 20+ yard catches...
