The team reportedly kicked off their general manager interviews on Monday, February 10th.

For those interested in the backgrounds of the candidates, we discussed the initial requested group of GM options here. Stay up to date on all Jaguars general manager search updates below.

Current reported interest list: (9)

February 11

Per NFL insiders Adam Schefter and Ian Rapoport, the Jaguars will look to interview with a name not previously requested in Buffalo Bills Director of Player Personnel Terrance Gray.

A new addition to this list, Gray was a finalist for the Tennessee Titans general manager opening this offseason and previously turned down an opportunity to interview with the New England Patriots for their 2024 general manager/primary football executive role. Gray has years of experience in scouting, with roles as an area scout, Director of College Scouting, and Director of Player Personnel for the Kansas City Chiefs, Minnesota Vikings, and the Buffalo Bills.

Bears Assistant general manager Ian Cunningham will reportedly interview with Jacksonville on Friday, per Albert Breer. We profiled Cunningham here.

Current reported schedule:

  • Mid-week (date TBD): Terrance Gray
  • Fri, Feb 14: Ian Cunningham
