After the Kansas City Chiefs’ AFC Championship win against the Buffalo Bills, Patrick Mahomes’ brother, Jackson Mahomes, knew just what to do.
The younger brother started getting some footage of himself in the private suite where he watched the game so he could edit it and send it out on TikTok.
Patrick Mahomes passed for 245 yards and a touchdown on Sunday. He also rushed for 43 yards and scored two more touchdowns.
Jackson Mahomes posted one TikTok as he sent a message to the many critics who have grown tired of seeing the Chiefs in the big game.
“Super Bowl hates to see us coming!” he said while walking around in his family’s Arrowhead Stadium suite.
As of this writing, that video has almost 4,000 likes and over 200 comments.
Super Bowl LIX is set for the Caesars Superdome on Feb. 9.
The Kansas City Chiefs edged Buffalo 32-29 in the AFC championship game, while the Philadelphia Eagles destroyed the Washington Commanders 55-23 in the NFC championship game.
This will be the seventh Super Bowl appearance for the Chiefs and the fifth in the last six years.
For months, Jackson Mahomes wouldn’t post on any social media platforms after he faced serious accusations.
The younger Mahomes, who has developed a big following on TikTok and Instagram, was previously investigated and charged for allegedly shoving a waiter and forcibly kissing the female owner of an Overland Park, Kansas, restaurant.
2023 was not a good year for him.
For the better part of 2024, Jackson Mahomes stayed quiet and made sure the attention was only on his brother and the team.
