Simi Fehoko’s 2025 NFL season is potentially over. The fifth-year wide receiver suffered a broken arm in his most recent outing vs. the conference rival Seahawks.

He posted the aftermath of his injury on social media after being sent to the IR. No one can ever question his toughness!

The broken arm was one of two major setbacks experienced in a matter of plays for the special teamer. He revealed he’d also suffered an ankle sprain and was evaluated for a concussion.

He played through the first injury before the second ended his day.

Who is Simi Fehoko?

The pass catcher starred three seasons at Stanford, hauling in 62 receptions for 1,146 yards and nine scores. He led the PAC-12 in yards per catch as a sophomore. He paced the league in receiving during the COVID-shortened 2020 season.

Fehoko was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 2021 NFL Draft. He spent two years with the franchise before moving onto the Chargers.

Across his first four NFL seasons, he totaled 10 catches and a touchdown. The 2025 campaign was his first with the Cardinals.

He’s appeared in eight games, tallying seven tackles across 116 special teams snaps. Fehoko also played 37 snaps on offense but did not record a catch.

The receiver was signed to the practice squad in August. He was elevated to the Arizona roster in September. He is now headed to the injured reserve.

The aftermath of his injuries has been revealed.

This is not the injury that sent him to the sidelines. Fehoko quickly taped up the sprain and returned to the field. While making a tackle on a kickoff a few plays later, he broke his arm.

Initially, that injury unclear to the medical staff. He was instead being evaluated for a concussion. Meanwhile, his arm looked like this:
