Some heads-up social media detectives uncovered an eerie coincidence between Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the legendary Tom Brady.
During Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers, Patrick Mahomes suffered a gruesome-looking knee injury and did not return. Hours after the Chiefs were eliminated from playoff contention with a 16-13 loss, the team confirmed that their superstar signal-caller suffered a season-ending ACL tear.
After Mahomes’ injury diagnosis, internet sleuths pointed out a strange coincidence between Mahomes and Brady. As noted by NFL insider Jordan Schultz, both QBs suffered a season-ending ACL tear in their ninth NFL campaigns.
