Field Gulls
The Seattle Seahawks hold a commanding early lead over the Arizona Cardinals early in an NFC West showdown, with both sides of the ball dominating.
The offense has moved up and down the field almost at will, while the defense has simply obliterated the Cardinals offense, which had looked rejuvenated since moving from Kyler Murray to Jacoby Brissett.
However, with the Seahawks offense again driving and threating to take a five score lead with just under ten minutes remaining in the second quarter, center Jalen Sundell has left the game and entered the blue medical tent for evaluation.
The Seahawks had been lucky enough to have started the same five offensive linemen in every game so far this season, so if the injury suffered by Sundell proves to be serious, that is a streak that could be in jeopardy when the team heads to southern California in Week 11 to take on the Los Angeles Rams with first place in the division on the line.
UPDATE:
Sundell has been ruled out for the remainder of the game, and the wait for updates on the severity of the injury and his availability for Week 11 is now on.
