The Indianapolis Colts today released their Wednesday injury report for Week 6 of the NFL season ahead of their Sunday game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Defensive tackle Grover Stewart was a full participant at practice today. Stewart injured his bicep in the Colts’ week 5 game against the Raiders, but appears to be relatively unscathed and progressing well. Stewart should be available on Sunday, provided he can continue to practice this week.
Wide receiver Alec Pierce was a full participant at practice today. Pierce has been dealing with a concussion for the last two weeks, which has caused him to miss two games. Pierce managed a full week of practice last week before being ruled out, so he will be one to keep an eye on as the week progresses.
Cornerback Kenny Moore missed practice today with an Achilles injury. There had been hope from the team that Moore might practice today, but it appears the injury is still bothering him enough to cause him to need to sit out.
Defensive end Tyquan Lewis missed practice today due to illness. Lewis should hopefully be able to recover quickly enough to practice this week, and for the illness not to affect his game-day availability, but he will be one to keep an eye on.
Right tackle Braden Smith missed practice with a rest day. Smith has been having rest day practices off for the last few years to help with injury prevention and maintenance.
