The Philadelphia Eagles have a big problem on their hands right now.
A.J. Brown is out with an injury, and he won’t suit up for the divisional matchup with the New York Giants.
With that in mind, NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport shared his prediction for his potential return date:
“Eagles WR AJ Brown, who is out Sunday against the Giants, is likely going to be back after the bye for the Nov. 10 game against the Packers, sources say,” Rapoport posted on X.

Of course, not having the team’s best pass catcher on the field is always obviously a big concern.
Then again, given Brown’s situation, there might be another layer of concern here.
Brown hasn’t been happy with his involvement – or lack thereof – in the passing game.
He’s been a non-factor way too many times, and there have been multiple reports about his broken relationship with Jalen Hurts.
As such, multiple teams have reportedly reached out to the Eagles to inquire about his availability, although GM Howie Roseman has reportedly let every single team in the league know that Brown isn’t available for a trade.
Still, we’ve seen how quickly things can change in this line of business, and if someone comes up knocking with an offer they can’t refuse, Roseman might reconsider his stance.
Granted, that’s not to say that Brown is faking his injury or anything like that, but it wouldn’t be the first time we’ve seen something like this happen.
Brown is still one of the best and most physically imposing wide receivers in the game.
Regardless of where he plays, he should get double digits in targets every week, and hopefully, he’ll get that opportunity once he returns from injury.
