Trash talking has levels to it, and Jalen Ramsey may have reached the top level.
The Miami Dolphins cornerback was recently on a podcast talking about his college days at Florida State.
To get in the heads of his opponents, he would take his trash talking to another level by messaging the girlfriends of opposing wide receivers to get in their heads before the games.
“I was grimy…I would look up his IG, see his girlfriend… I’d go slide in the DMs the week before the game.”

Ramsey has made it clear that he loves to trash-talk and will go after just about anyone, as his August 2018 GQ interview showed.
Jalen Ramsey was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2016 NFL Draft and selected fifth overall.
In 2019, he made it clear that he wouldn’t be doing that in the NFL.
I’ll say when I got to the league, though, I stopped that because now people got wives and stuff,” Ramsey said on a “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast.
Somebody get shot over talking about somebody’s wives. That’s where I grew. I ain’t as grimy.”
Jalen Ramsey is the biggest name on the trade block right now.
Adam Schefter of ESPN reported this week, “There’s more interest in Jalen Ramsey than people realize.”
Per Schefter, a trade could be announced in June.
Last week, it was reported by Armando Salguero of Outkick.com that the Miami Dolphins have spoken to the Atlanta Falcons, LA Rams, Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Commanders, and others regarding a Jalen Ramsey trade.
Ramsey only played in 27 games for the Dolphins and had five interceptions during that time.
