The 2025 NFL Draft is officially over, and as has been the case for the past several years, the Philadelphia Eagles have received strong marks from several top analysts.

GM Howie Roseman is viewed as one of the best in the league, and he and his scouting department have done a great job finding solid players in the draft.

They’ve mostly built this team from the ground up, believing in their draft strategy and not having to trade for already-polished players.

The Eagles employed their strong strategy in this year’s draft, trading up one pick in the first round and selecting Jihaad Campbell, a linebacker from Alabama.

Roseman recently appeared on a radio show, where he talked about getting Campbell on the roster, which he’s hoping yields strong results.

“We are going to love this player and this person in Philadelphia. I couldn’t be more excited that we were able to get him,” Roseman said.

Coaches tend to get excited about their draft picks, but Roseman seems genuinely elated to have Campbell join his team.

With injuries, teams are always looking for depth and solid players to round out their roster, and Campbell looks to be an athlete who fits their typical mold.

The Eagles have built some of the strongest offensive and defensive lines in the league, a big reason why they won the Super Bowl last year.

If Campbell fits in as well as Roseman hopes he will and their returning players perform as expected, this team should be a favorite to win the Super Bowl for the second straight season.
