Tom Brady wasn’t going to join the parade of people offering their thoughts on Bill Belichick’s current relationship.
Belichick has been a popular target of roasting ever since he went public with 24-year-old Jordon Hudson. Most recently, the legendary head coach caught a quip from Snoop Dogg at the end of his opening monologue at Thursday night’s NFL Honors show.
The Belichick-Hudson relationship unsurprisingly was brought up by Caleb Pressley on the latest episode of his “Sundae Conversation” series. After Brady pointed out how Belichick doesn’t follow the TB12 method, Pressley asked if the “young and healthy” Hudson took part in the program.
“Sounds like it,” Brady told Pressley. “I don’t know. I don’t follow it too much.”
Pressley stayed on the topic by asking Brady if he would ever rent a car for Hudson. The seven-time Super Bowl champion immediately broke out into laughter but side-stepped the question.
Of course, Sunday night will provide Brady with an opportunity to share his thoughts on a subject he actually wants to talk about. The New England Patriots Hall of Famer will provide color commentary for FOX’s coverage of Super Bowl LIX.
