Metcalf was suspended for two games by the NFL on Monday after getting into an altercation with a Detroit Lions fan behind the Pittsburgh bench during Sunday’s game. That suspension will cause Metcalf to forfeit his salary for those two games, but as far as other financial punishments, while there are some on the table, they are not ones that should be expected in this circumstance.
