Is it worth placing a bet on Cleveland?

Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow, Aaron Rodgers, and...to be determined.

After the Super Bowl, we looked at odds in the AFC North for teams winning the 2026 Super Bowl, as we always do. Teams’ quarterback situations can often impact their odds, as can the type of draft and free agency that they had. Cleveland was deemed to have a pretty strong draft, but still don’t have much clarity at the quarterback position. Meanwhile, the Pittsburgh Steelers signed Rodgers this past week.

From February 11 through now, when mandatory minicamps are close to beginning, let’s take a look at how each team’s Super Bowl odds have changed, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

  • Cincinnati Bengals (18/1) - worse than last year, when they were 18/1
  • Baltimore Ravens (7/1) - better than last year, when they were 6.5/1
  • Cleveland Browns (310/1) - worse than last year, when they were 140/1
  • Pittsburgh Steelers (48/1) - better than last year, when they were 65/1

The Ravens and Bengals’ odds have basically stayed the same. The Browns’ odds have actually gotten far worse, meaning they are viewed as a really longshot to win the Super Bowl. On the flip side, if you like making bets in favor of Cleveland, it’s way more advantageous to give it a shot now. The Steelers’ odds have improved marginally, jumping from 65/1 to 48/1. However, it appears the odds were trending that way even before the Rodgers signing, so the addition of him hasn’t had much of an impact, presumably due to how much he struggled with the Jets in 2024.
